Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, pick, pack, and ship products using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
