Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with speed and precision.
- Load & Unload Logistics: Efficiently load and unload trailers and trucks using proper safety protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
