Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using our management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying cargo against shipping manifests.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred (but not mandatory).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading dock/outdoor areas).
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
