Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely handle and transport goods using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and organize stock to maintain inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or errors.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for delivery and ensure proper labeling.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners as required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for following instructions and safety protocols.
