Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Resolve complex issues by collaborating with team leads and technical departments.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
