- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve support processes and documentation.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily ticket volume targets while ensuring high-quality service.
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Previous customer service or help desk experience is preferred but not required.
