- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and service protocols.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Conduct nightly system checks to ensure server stability and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Experience working in a night shift environment is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
