Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex problems and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite and provide training when necessary.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
