Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support via phone and email to resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktop environments, operating systems, and peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in network administration tasks, including patching, security updates, and user access management.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex incidents and contribute to long-term technical solutions.
- Conduct basic hardware installations and training for new employees and end-users.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional weekends as required.
