Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Manage and maintain the Help Desk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of all requests.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and solutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting and hardware configuration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
