Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.

- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major malfunctions.
- Document production data accurately and update daily shift logs.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to read simple schematics or blueprints.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
