Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production flow.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workstations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
- Document production data accurately using electronic reporting systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
