Responsibilities
- Monitor Production Lines: Oversee and operate machinery and assembly lines during the night shift to ensure continuous workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks on finished products to meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels and organizing stock within the production area.
- Equipment Maintenance: Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the floor supervisor immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately log production data and hours worked in the shift management system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot defects and ensure precision in tasks.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, especially for night commutes.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical labor.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in reading measurements and performing basic calculations.
