- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Complete necessary paperwork and time logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
