Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for clients with precision and speed.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Provide clear, patient, and professional technical guidance to non-technical users.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
