Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s hardware and software inventory.
- Configure and deploy workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the network administration team to improve infrastructure reliability.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
