Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and shipments while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock, check inventory accuracy, and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Quality Control: Perform inspections on incoming goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process shipping labels and manage the receiving area effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Skills: Basic math skills for counting inventory; good hand-eye coordination.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
