Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and operating system errors.
- Manage and maintain a ticketing system to track support requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems on company devices.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of user interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement long-term solutions and improve system stability.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new employees regarding company software and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for on-call rotation or overtime as needed.
