Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone and email.
- Analyze customer issues and provide timely, accurate resolutions to ensure high satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and technical data within our CRM system accurately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and improve internal processes.
- Assist in the training of new hires and share best practices for technical support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
