Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials within the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality control.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local driving tasks.
