Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse tasks including order picking, packing, and shipping preparation with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
