Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and patch management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
