Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery (CNC mills, robotic arms, automated assembly lines) under expert supervision
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality checks
- Follow precise manufacturing protocols and safety procedures
- Document production data using digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production optimization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete all required training modules within 90 days
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
