- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging opportunities
- Drive agile development cycles from ideation to market-ready MVPs
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track performance against 2026 milestones
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record leading tech transformation initiatives (AI/quantum/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
