Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting

- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory changes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and financial modeling skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
