Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems efficiently.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software and security patches.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and cable management.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to lift and carry hardware components (up to 30 lbs) as needed.
