As a key member of our support team, you will be the bridge between our employees and our complex tech ecosystem, ensuring business continuity and high user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the Help Desk ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Deploy and configure workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT Engineering team to implement software updates and patches.
- Conduct user training sessions on cybersecurity best practices and new software tools.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical outages with urgency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional IT support experience (Tier 2 or higher).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CompTIA A+ or higher certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
