Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage and monitor Active Directory user accounts and security permissions.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets and service requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Conduct routine system updates, patch management, and security scans.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated technical issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
