Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to internal staff.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Assist with hardware inventory management and software license tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a strong plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
