Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN), ensuring optimal performance.
- Respond to help desk tickets promptly and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and security.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
