Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on flexible hours availability.
- Troubleshoot technical software and hardware issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.

Qualifications
