Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and Mac OS.
- Manage and maintain the office network infrastructure during weekend shifts.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and security patching.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
