Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of a proprietary Agentic AI framework designed for the 2026 market.
- Define and implement architectural standards for Large Language Model (LLM) integration and deployment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex 2026 business objectives into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance across all AI workloads.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding the adoption of emerging AI paradigms.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Principal or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
