Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks spanning AI consciousness, quantum bio-integration, and decentralized governance systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies to align strategic priorities
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' identifying emerging paradigms, ethical implications, and market disruption vectors
- Design and oversee implementation of 'Future Labs' – physical/digital spaces for prototyping 2026 technologies
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing startups, neurotech innovators, and space exploration entities
- Advocate for ethical frameworks governing autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Represent Nexus Horizon at Davos, TED, and global futurist forums as thought leadership ambassador
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., 'Foresight', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuromorphic engineering trends
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards and government innovation councils
- Fluency in at least two languages with cross-cultural futurist experience
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on organizational future-readiness
