Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual technology trend reports forecasting market disruptions through 2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership in industry publications
- Present at global conferences including CES, Web Summit, and Davos
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Published portfolio of future-oriented research or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven narratives
- Professional certification from Association of Professional Futurists preferred
