Responsibilities
- Forecast technological disruptions and market shifts through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' teams to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for quantum computing applications and neurotech integration
- Advise C-suite on 5-year strategic pivots and risk mitigation protocols
- Author thought leadership for Nature, MIT Tech Review, and World Economic Forum
- Design ethical AI governance systems with UN Sustainable Development Goals alignment
- Mentor PhD candidates in Futures Studies through our Innovatech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent disruptive field
- 10+ years leading strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technology adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning with geopolitical and climate resilience lenses
- Proficiency in Monte Carlo simulations and causal inference modeling
- Track record of commercializing foresight insights (minimum $50M impact)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
