Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future trends into actionable R&D initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend briefings for C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Architect our 'Horizon 2026' innovation pipeline with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Journal of Futures Studies)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, cross-impact matrix analysis
