Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future insights into strategic roadmaps and product development
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics for tracking emerging technology adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership role
- Proven expertise in developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience facilitating executive workshops on strategic scenario planning
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
