Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI systems and quantum-ready neural networks.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to scalable, cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven automation into core business processes.
- Conduct cutting-edge research into Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices for futuristic tech stacks.
- Ensure data security, ethics, and compliance in all future-tech implementations.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML and cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and edge computing architectures.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
