Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating quantum computing capabilities into our core AI product lines, ensuring readiness for deployment by 2026.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, fault-tolerant quantum machine learning models and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, setting coding standards and architectural best practices for distributed systems.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in quantum algorithm development, hardware-software co-design, and neuromorphic computing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors regarding the future of the company’s AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit). Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum hardware simulators.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing complex, large-scale distributed systems with high availability and security.
- Future-Readiness: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technical strategies to meet future market demands.
