Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads and quantum-ready applications.
- Strategic Vision Execution: Translate abstract 2026 tech roadmaps into concrete technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance architecture team, conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and providing mentorship to senior engineers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, R&D, and security teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (AGI, Edge Computing, Neuro-Symbolic AI) to determine their viability for our core platforms.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and scalability risks early in the SDLC to ensure zero-downtime deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience: Extensive background in systems architecture, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
- Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep Tech Knowledge: Proven expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Integration: Strong understanding of integrating Large Language Models and machine learning pipelines into production environments.
- Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated history of leading engineering teams of 10+ members through complex digital transformations.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or equivalent.
