Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
