Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight and materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments and orders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of all outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
