Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to facilitate seamless daily pay processing and scheduling.
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments using our advanced logistics management software.
- Resolve delivery exceptions and customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory.
