Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the daily flow of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and delivery schedules using our proprietary software.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal team members to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and safety.
- Process shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists, with high attention to detail.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight as needed to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and logistics software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
