Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping documentation, manifests, and inventory logs.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight trucks to ensure proper handling.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
