Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex facility issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all local and OSHA regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with management to improve facility efficiency and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and basic carpentry.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
