As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the face of our quality assurance, ensuring all facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Respond to work orders and service requests promptly to minimize downtime.
- Execute minor repairs and renovations under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Track inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with facility managers and tenants regarding ongoing repairs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, hospitality, or property management preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
