Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory accurately to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders are accurate before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding inventory status.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
