Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing and logistics tasks with precision and efficiency during night shifts.
- Perform inventory management, including stock checks, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety certifications.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies or quality issues immediately.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
